Greetings! I am an assertive, pro-active, results oriented Realtor. I take real estate transactions and turn them into real smooth transitions. I never assume anything therefore, communication is key. I have been involved in real estate transactions, both sales and service for a period spanning 20 years. I bring to the table, a solid backgound in real estate law and mediation. I don't leave much room for surprises during the purchase or sale of your home.

My business is referral based. My focus is on pre-sold and new construction homes for sale and purchase. I believe in a team approach and, I only work with professional and skilled contractors who are knowledgeable in their fields. Home inspectors, Mortgage Originators, Title V engineers and attorneys are a few of the professionals that are part of my team. You'll Do "Betta" with Greta.

A college graduate, I strongly believe in continuing education. The world is always changing and, I have to be able to keep pace to best serve those who I work with and for. My backgound encompasses training as a real estate paralegal and, as a mediator for domestic relations and small claims. This knowledge is most useful as I negotiate contracts for my customers and clients. I bring to the table, a wealth of knowledge relative to the puchase and sales process. I have prepared thousands of real estate closings for buyers and sellers. I understand what each closing document warrants and represents. I know the process from the beginning stages of searching for a property, making an Offer, going to P&S and finally, conveyancing at the closing table. " Bring it On"!

Giving Back, I believe is a fundamental rule to being. Since 1998, I have served as a trustee at Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA. Prior to this service, I served in Concord at Nashoba Brooks School. Closer to home, I have served the town of Pepperell as a member of the Cultural Council. I am honored to be founder and the first president of the North Middlesex Business Exchange, a chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
